Floor tiling
Living rooms, bedrooms and drawing rooms, laid flat and level.
Every surface in a home asks for something different. A bathroom needs waterproofing before it needs tiles. An elevation needs full adhesive coverage or it falls off a wall two summers later. Here is what we do, and what each job actually involves.
Floors, walls, kitchens and bathrooms — the surfaces you touch every day.
Living rooms, bedrooms and drawing rooms, laid flat and level.
Wall and floor tiling with proper waterproofing underneath.
Feature walls, kitchen backsplashes and interior wall cladding.
Floor and backsplash tiling that handles heat, oil and daily wear.
Step and riser tiling with proper edge finishing.
Elevations and porches that take direct sun and monsoon rain.
Exterior wall cladding tiles that hold up to sun and rain.
Durable, slip-resistant tiling for parking and porch areas.
Fixing what someone else got wrong, without redoing the whole room.
Cracked, loose or hollow-sounding tiles fixed and re-set.
The same five stages on every job, whether it is one bathroom or a full house.
We look at the space, measure it exactly and tell you honestly what it needs — including when it needs less than you expected.
You choose tile, size and layout. We confirm quantity including wastage so you never run short mid-job.
A fixed price and a completion date, in writing, before anyone picks up a trowel.
Levelling, waterproofing, dry layout, then the tiling itself — checked as we go, not at the end.
Grouting, edges, silicone, full clean. We hand the room back ready to use.
Send a photo of the space. We will tell you what the job actually is — even when that turns out to be less work than you thought.
